- Quickwater requires a valid ID on all credit card & check purchases.
- Custom orders or orders for non stocking items are final at time of sale.
- Custom orders and orders for non stocking items require payment in full plus shipping (if applicable) at time of order.
- Preseason orders or orders for out of stock items require a non refundable deposit of $200 or 10% of the item.
Returns & Exchanges
- We will accept returns / exchanges up to 30 days after the original date of purchase when accompanied by original receipt. We cannot accept returns without original receipt. We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value to original purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or a store credit will be issued to cash and checks purchases. Sorry, no cash refunds.
- All items must be clean and unused, in the original packaging and with the tags (if applicable) still attached.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This covers any credit card charges that we pay and our time to facilitate the returns. To avoid such fees, it is best to exchange your item for other in-store items
- The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable fees, and refunds do not include the original shipping costs to you. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking numbers. Quickwater C/K will not be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit, and we will not issue a refund or exchange until your merchandise is received at Quickwater C/K.
- For International Orders this might also include duty, brokerage, or other customs charges. We do not accept COD, or collect shipments.
- Returned items by shipping. Items must be returned packaged in the original manner to protect the merchandise from any damage caused during shipping.
- USED, DEMO, and FINAL SALE ITEMS do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
